What I collect. When you take the survey, I collect your answers and anything you choose to share, such as your name or email address. Every question is optional.

How I use it. Your answers help shape my book, Life Gets Grander. I will never publish your name or quote your story without asking you first. If you share your email, I’ll use it only to follow up about your story or to let you know when the book is ready.

What I don’t do. I don’t sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
